When:  Thursday through Saturday  May 18th – 20th, 2017
                
Time:   Thursday & Friday  8:00am – 4:00pm  and Saturday  8:00am – 12:00pm
          
Where: Oak Hill Church Fellowship Area

 
 
Answers to FAQ’s
 
Q: What CAN I donate?

 
A: Any “garage sale worthy” item, as opposed to “dumpster worthy” item.  Although one person’s junk is another person’s treasure,
consider the condition and appeal of the following donated items:
  • Clothing Bath items
  • Kitchen items Toys/Games
  • Decorations Dishes
  • Dining Sets Bedroom Sets
  • Futons Books
  • OFFICE Furniture
  • Many misc. items
  • Bath items
  • toys/games
  • dishes
  • bedroo sets
  • books
 
Q: What CAN’T I donate?

A: A charity organization will collect everything that doesn’t sell         at our  garage sale.  However, they WILL NOT ACCEPT the          following items:
 
  •  LARGE Household appliances i.e., refrigerators, freezers oven ranges, W/D, air conditioners, etc. (Microwaves ARE ACCEPTED) 
  • TV’s/Stereos
  • Computer MONITORS (other computer equipment is        ACCEPTED)
  •  Box spring WITHOUT MATTRESS (Sets ARE ACCEPTED, as well as mattresses)
  • Pets 

Q:        When can I bring my stuff to church?
 
A:        Sunday            May 14        (10am–12pm)
           Monday           May 15        (9am-4pm)
           Tuesday           May 16        (9am-4pm)
           Wednesday     May 17        (9am–8pm)
 
 
The above times are listed to ensure that the church will be open for dropping off items, and to minimize the amount of space needed for storage prior to the sale.  Thank you for your consideration.
 
Q: Do I need to price the items I donate?
 
A: NO!  We will take care of pricing for you.
 
Q: Why are we having this garage sale?
 
A: We want to help raise funds for the 252 Youth going to the 
           Youth Convention this year.
 
Q: How can I help?
 
A: ANYONE can help! You have an opportunity to sign up for a time slot at the information hub.  See if there’s a time that works for you!
