Serving & Ministries

welcome team

  • Here at Oak Hill we are committed to Connecting Lives in Grace and Truth and one of the ways we strive to do this is by having a welcoming environment.

The Welcome Ministry at Oak Hill Church is made up of volunteers that play a major role in helping to create this environment. We want to make sure that each person attending worship is greeted with a kind word and a warm smile upon arrival and that they experience genuine hospitality throughout their time at Oak Hill.

We are always looking for people who have the gift of hospitality and a servant heart and would be available on a given Sunday to offer assistance to those in need before, during, and after the worship service.

If you would like to use your spiritual gift of hospitality to serve others through our Welcome Ministry please complete the form below.

A/V Team

  • Are you a behind the scenes person looking for an opportunity to serve at Oak Hill? We have a need for people to be on the Audio/Visual (A/V) Team as either a Sound Board Technician, a Visual Media Operator, or a Camera Operator/Director on Sunday mornings. The responsibilities of the all of these positions are to make sure the equipment is up and running prior to the service and operating the equipment during the worship time. These team members help to create a smooth-running worship experience by ensuring that the equipment and audio and visual content of each service is running smoothly. These roles are on the front line of connecting people to God through audio and visual imagery.

children’s ministries

  • CM offers a variety of programs for children to participate in. These are also great opportunities for adults and youth to get involved as well! Sunday mornings are filled with options of involvement:

Sunday School takes place from 9:30-10:15am and is provided for children ages 2 through 6th grade! This is a great opportunity to teach or assist in the classroom.

Children’s Church is for ages 4 through 1st grade and takes places during the message portion of the worship service each Sunday. We are always looking for more Children’s Church teachers.

Toddler Nursery provides childcare for children ages 6 months through 3 years old during the worship service. If you like snuggles, snack time, and playtime, please join us as we care for the littles of Oak Hill.

We also have opportunities to get involved mid-week during Kidzone and LittleLites classes on Wednesday evenings. Wednesday nights are a fun time of games, crafts, Bible study, and service projects!

We’d love for you to join us as we have a fun year of sharing Jesus’ love with the children and families of Oak Hill!
